Assembly, integration and testing

Nuovacam  offers assembly and integration services from simple mechanical assemblies of fabricated metal parts to complex mechanical assemblies with extensive Bill of Material.  We have capacity and expertise to manage all aspects of assembly process, from supply chain management of additional components, through to full product assembly.

In close collaboration with our trusted partners we can offer integration of electrical and electronical components from hinges and switches to control panels and interactive screens.

Our team is committed to continuous improvement, all assemblies are performed with detailed work instructions and are tested to ensure electrical and mechanical functionality before delivery. In-house machining capabilities allow us to manufacture custom-made benches and the necessary jigs and fixtures to provide the efficient assembly of custom parts.
